Clemens.  Rehab will consist of converting the building back into a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath single family home in a great neighborhood, for which we already have a buyer.  Rehab is expected to take 6 weeks, and buyer will move in immediately with a cash out after 90 days (qualified FHA)… 

For this project, we are willing to take on an investor interested in making a quick, safe, legitimate profit.  Potential investor will have first lien on the property with the rehab loan, as we will possess clear title at closing.  The house should  appraise well over $100,000 after rehab.
